摘要
使用单线校轨尺和激光校轨仪检测导轨共面度。运用数理统计中的假设检验方法,比较两种校轨方法的系统分布差异性,证明单线校轨法比激光校轨法系统误差大.两者不属于同一分布,不能用单线校轨法替代激光校轨法进行高精度测量。对于额定速度大于6m/s的超高速电梯导轨共面度的检测,优先使用激光校轨仪测量。
Using single line calibrator and laser calibrator to measure the coplanarity of guide rail, the differences of the distribution between single line calibrator and laser calibrator is compared by hypothesis testing.The two don't belong to the same distribution, so the single line calibrator can't replace laser calibrator to operate high accuracy measurement. For the detection of the coplanarity of the express elevator guide rail with the rated speed more than 6m/s, the measurement of the laser calibrator is given.
