城管执法人员心理和谐及其与工作压力、工作投入的关系

The Status of Urban Management Law Enforcement Officers' Psychological Harmony and Its Relationship with Work Stress and Job Involvement

目的:了解城管执法人员心理和谐现状及其与工作压力、工作投入的关系。方法:采用问卷法对327名城管执法人员展开调查。结果:1城管执法人员心理和谐水平一般(3.24±0.42),除家庭氛围外,心理和谐总分、自我状态、人际关系以及社会态度均显著低于全国7城市常模;2城管执法人员心理和谐与工作压力负相关(r=-0.437,P<0.01),与工作投入正相关(r=0.552,P<0.01),工作压力显著负向预测心理和谐(β=-0.450,P<0.001),心理和谐显著正向预测工作投入(β=0.517,P<0.001);3心理和谐在工作压力与工作投入间的中介效应极显著,工作压力通过自我状态、社会态度间接影响工作投入。结论:城管执法人员的工作压力影响其心理和谐水平,继而影响工作投入。

Objective：To investigate the status of urban management law enforcement officers＇ psychological harmony and its relationship with work stress and job involvement.Methods：A self-administered questionnaire survey was conducted to 327 urban management law enforcement officers.Results：1Urban management law enforcement officers＇ psychological harmony was at a general harmonious level,besides the family atmosphere,the mental harmony total score,ego state,interpersonal relationship and social attitude were significantly lower than the norm of 7cities in nationwide;2Urban management law enforcement officers＇ psychological harmony was negatively related to work stress（r=-0.437,P〈0.01）and positively related to job involvement（r=0.552,P〈0.01）;Work stress was a significantly negative predictor of psychological harmony（β=-0.450,P〈0.001）,while the later was a significantly positive predictor of job involvement（β=0.517,P〈0.001）;3Psychological harmony had a significant mediating effect on the relationship between work stress and job involvement,that work stress indirectly affected job involvement by ego state and social attitude.Conclusion：Urban management law enforcement officers＇ work stress affects their psychological harmony,and then interferes with job involvement.
