摘要 目的:探讨大学生主动性人格与创新能力的关系,考察创新气氛在二者关系中的中介作用。方法:采用问卷法对388名大学生的主动性人格、创新能力和创新气氛进行调查。结果:1大学生主动性人格和创新能力的得分都超过了平均水平,大学生的主动性人格存在年级(F=4.262,P<0.05)和性别(F=4.552,P<0.01)差异,但是年级和性别的交互作用不显著(F=0.770,P>0.05);2大学生主动性人格、创新气氛各维度都与创新能力之间存在显著的正相关;3通过结构方程模型发现,创新气氛在大学生主动性人格和创新能力之间起着部分中介作用。结论:大学生的主动性人格会影响创新能力,并且还会通过创新气氛间接影响创新能力。 Objective:To explore the relationship between college students' proactive personality and innovation ability,and the mediating role of innovation climate in the relationship.Methods:This study used questionnaire to investigate 388 college students' proactive personality,innovation ability and innovation climate.Results:1The score of college students' proactive personality and innovation ability were both above average,there were grade difference(F=4.262,P〈0.05)and gender difference(F=4.552,P〈0.01)in college students' proactive personality,but the interaction was not significant(P〉0.05).2There was a significantly positive correlation between innovation ability and college students' proactive personality,and between innovation ability and each dimension of innovation climate.3Through structural equation model,the study found that innovation climate played a part mediating role between college students' proactive personality and innovation ability.Conclusion:The students' proactive personality will affect their innovation ability,and also indirectly affect the innovation ability through innovation climate.
