农村初中生生活事件、应对方式与主观幸福感的关系 被引量:5

The Relationship between Stressful Life Events,Coping Style and Subjective Well-being of Rural Junior High School Students

摘要 目的:了解农村初中生的主观幸福感现状,探讨生活事件、应对方式与主观幸福感的关系。方法:采用总体幸福感量表、青少年生活事件量表和中学生应对方式量表对某初中183名农村学生进行调查。结果:1农村初中生的主观幸福感水平在性别和年级上不存在显著差异(P>0.05);2生活事件中人际关系、学习压力、健康适应及其他因子与农村初中生主观幸福感呈负相关(r=-0.408,-0.386,-0.286,-0.372;P<0.01);应对方式中,解决问题、合理解释等指向问题的应对方式与农村初中生主观幸福感呈正相关(r=0.255,0.169;P<0.05),忍耐、逃避、发泄情绪和幻想与否认因子等指向情绪的应对与农村初中生主观幸福感呈负相关(r=-0.325,-0.186,-0.210,-0.323;P<0.05);3人际关系因子、忍耐因子、问题解决因子、受惩罚因子、其他因子、学习压力因子和健康适应因子对主观幸福感的回归方程显著(R^2=0.167,0.047,0.054,0.040,0.064,0.025,0.014)。结论:生活事件、应对方式对农村初中生的主观幸福感有一定的预测作用,指向问题的积极地应对方式有利于提高主观幸福感水平。 Objective:To learn the basic situation of rural junior high school students subjective well-being,and to explore the relationship with coping style and stressful life events.Methods:The General Well-Being Schedule,Adolescent Self-Rating Life Events Check list and Coping Style Scale for Secondary School Students were used in 183 students in one rural junior high school.Results:1There was no significant different in the level of general wellbeingof junior high school students(P〉0.05).2Interpersonal relationship,study stress,health adaptation and the other factor in stressful life events were negatively related with subjective well-being of rural junior high school students(r=-0.408,-0.386,-0.286,-0.372;P0.01).Problem solving,rationalization in coping styles aiming to questions were positively related with subjective well-being(r=0.255,0.169;P〈0.05),while endure,catch hell,vent,illusion and deny of aiming to emotion's coping styles were negatively related with subjective well-being of rural junior high school students(r=-0.325,-0.186,-0.210,-0.323;P〈0.05).3 The variance of subjective wellbeing of rural junior high school students that could be explained by interpersonal relationship(R 2=0.167),endure(R^2=0.047),problem solving(R^2=0.054),catch hell(R^2=0.040),study stress(R^2=0.064),health adaptation(R^2=0.025).Conclusion:The stressful life events and coping style have some predictive validity for subjective well-being of rural junior high school students;The subjective well-being of rural junior high students can be improved by positive coping styles aiming to questions.
