脑室毛细胞星形细胞瘤影像学表现与鉴别诊断 被引量：1

摘要 毛细胞星形细胞瘤（PA）是一种少见的生长缓慢的中枢神经胶质肿瘤，2007年世界卫生组织（WHO）中枢神经肿瘤分级将其列为I级星形细胞瘤，占原发性中枢神经系统肿瘤的2．3％，约占儿童中枢神经系统肿瘤的8．0％～23．5％。PA通常是具有良性局限性生长的星形细胞瘤，很少浸润周围的脑组织、罕见有恶性表现，如间变，脑膜播散、局部肿瘤的复发非常少见。PA常发生在儿童和青少年．一般为单发，大多数发生在轴内中线或中线附近，以小脑最为常见，其次如视通路、下丘脑区、间脑、脑干，而成人则以幕上多见，脑室的PA比较少见，本研究回顾性分析经手术病理证实的13例脑室内PA患者的影像、病理及临床表现，以提高对该病的认识和诊断的准确性。
