疑难病例析评 第374例发热-淋巴结肿大-泡沫尿-血小板减少
摘要
患者男，46岁，因发热、腹痛4个月，双下肢浮肿3个月于2012年10月人住北京协和医院风湿免疫科。患者4个月前出现发热，为不规则热，体温高峰38．5℃，无畏寒、寒战，伴中上腹刀割样腹痛、恶心、呕吐。就诊于当地医院查血常规：白细胞20．4×10^9／L；肝肾功能、淀粉酶、脂肪酶、尿、便常规大致正常。腹部CT：胰尾后方脂肪间隙密度增高。
