促性腺激素释放激素在生殖衰老和全身衰老中的变化

摘要 衰老在生物体中广泛存在,是机体组织、器官发生时间依赖性的功能退化的过程。近年的研究发现,下丘脑作为神经-内分泌调节中的关键结构,在衰老过程中发挥统领性的作用,而促性腺激素释放激素(GnRH)在这一过程中也占有一席之地。
