Discussion on operation process of wet electro static precipitator and its countermeasures

为满足新的《火电厂大气污染物排放标准》(GB 13223-2011)要求,华电淄博热电有限公司6号330 MW机组在二级吸收塔后和烟囱之间增设1台卧式湿式电除尘器。分析了湿式除尘器在实际运行过程中存在的问题,并在此基础上提出了相应的解决措施。

For meeting the new air pollutant discharge standard （GB 13223 -2011 ）, the No, sixth（330 MW） coal fired units of Zibo Power Plant adds a wet electro static precipitator between two stage absorption tower arid chimney. It analyzed the problems existeing in the operation process of WESP. Furthermore, the corresponding methods of solving these problems are presented.
