摘要
目的调查福建省钩吻资源的分布情况,并确定钩吻的最佳药用部位。方法依据文献记载和实地考察闽产钩吻的生境与分布;正交设计试验优化超声提取钩吻素子的工艺条件,采用高效液相色谱法测定钩吻根、茎和叶中的钩吻素子含量。结果闽产钩吻资源主要集中分布于23°84′N^26°92′N、116°36′E^120°05′E、海拔800m以下光照良好的山坡、路旁。超声提取钩吻素子的最佳条件为超声功率250 W、时间20 min、温度50℃、料液比1∶20。闽产钩吻根和茎的钩吻素子含量高,叶的含量较低。结论闽产钩吻分布较广,资源丰富;钩吻的入药部位以根和茎为佳。
Objective To investigate the distribution of Gelsernium elegans in Fujian province and assay the content of koumine from different' parts of Gelsemium elegans to determine the optimal medicinal parts.Methods Literature research and field survey were both done to investigate the distribution; The ultrasonic extraction conditions of koumine were optimized by orthogonal test. HPLC analysis was performed to assay the content of koumine from roots, stems and leaves of Gelsemium elegans. Results In 23 84'N to 26 92'N and 116 36'E to 120 05'E were the main production areas of Gelsemium elegans in Fujian province. Vertical level was under 800 m. The optimum ultrasonic extraction conditions were as follows. 250 W ultrasonic power, 20 min ultrasonic time, 50℃ temperature and 1 : 20 solid-liquid ratio. The contents of koumine from roots and stems were higher than leaves. Conclusion Fujian province has widespread distribution and rich amount of resource of Gelsemium elegans. Medicinal parts of Gelsemiurn elegans are roots and stems.
