2010—2014年云南省食源性疾病流行病学分析 被引量:7

Epidemiological analysis on foodborne diseases in Yunnan Province from 2010-2014

摘要 目的通过了解云南省食源性疾病发生趋势及流行病学特征,为食源性疾病防制及预警提供科学依据。方法根据云南省2010—2014年间各县(区)食源性疾病监测数据,分析食源性疾病的时间趋势、场所分布、原因食品及致病因素等特征。结果云南省2010—2014年食源性疾病事件共报告1 018起,均为食物中毒,发病12 930人,死亡244人。发病高峰期在4—9月,野生蕈中毒报告起数和死亡人数为最多,分别占总数的52.55%和55.74%;发病场所以家庭报告起数、发病人数和死亡人数最多,分别占总数的50.98%、40.87%和60.25%。结论该省应加强农村家宴和集体单位的监管,在高发季节对该人群采取适当的干预措施可有效降低发病数和死亡数。 [Objective]To understand the epidemic trend and epidemiological characteristics of foodborne diseases in Yunnan Province,provide scientific basis for prevention and warning of foodborne diseases.[Methods]According to the monitoring data of foodborne diseases in all counties/districts of Yunnan Province from 2010-2014,the characteristics of time trend,location distribution,reason food and pathogenic factors of foodborne diseases were analyzed. [Results]Totally 1018 foodborne disease events were reported in Yunnan Province from 2010-2014,all were food poisoning,including 12 930 patients and 244 death cases. The peak season appeared April to September. The most of events and death cases were caused by wild mushroom poisoning,accounting for 52.55% and 55.74% respectively. The number of events,patients and death cases in family accounted for the largest proportion,which was 50.98%,40.87% and 60.25%,respectively. [Conclusion]It is necessary to enhance the supervision and management in country family dinner and the collective canteens,and take the appropriate intervention measures in peak season to reduce the number of cases and deaths.
