摘要
PSO(粒子群优化算法)在实际生活中的发展趋势近几年呈现一种飞跃的趋势.被应用在很多方面中.考虑到其优越性.将其应用到绩效考核的评价中.现有的考核评价方法不能够很好地解决当下的问题,本文提出了一种基于粒子群优化的绩效考核评价的方法来对绩效考核指标进行优化,使其能够帮助考核人员对被考核人员进行评价.
