摘要
移动网络及移动设备的普及为移动医疗的实现提供了契机。基于微信的门诊就医系统在微信公众平台上实现就诊卡绑定,预约挂号,就诊卡充值,诊间结算,检查预约,诊疗信息查询等功能,以微信推送消息引导患者完成各类就医过程。以信息化优化门诊就医流程,大大减少排队等待时间,改善患者就诊体验,提高患者满意度,缓解"看病难"问题,使医患关系更和谐。
The development of wireless network technology and portable terminals provide an opportunity of realizing mobile health. Outpatient treatment system based on Wechat has functions including, binding Medical ID Card, registration reservation, recharging Medical ID Card, settlement, examination reservation and information query of diagnosis and treatment. Wechat updating News can be utilized to guide patients to finish their outpatient treatment process. The optimization of outpatient service process through information technology can reduce queue waiting time, improve patients' experience and satisfaction level, alleviate "difficulty in seeing a doctor", and make doctor-patient relationship more harmonious.
