摘要
目的探讨血透室护士资质过高感知对其工作沉浸度的影响。方法采用便利抽样法抽取浙江省8所三级医院的血透室护士236名进行问卷调查,了解血透室护士资质过高感知和工作沉浸度的现状,并探讨两者之间的关系。结果血透室护士工作沉浸度总分为(35.1±10.4)分,血透室护士资质感知过高与其工作沉浸度呈负相关,回归分析显示,控制人口学变量之后,不匹配感知可以解释其工作沉浸度的17.2%。结论临床管理者应根据血透室护士资质过高感知的不足之处,制订针对性的干预措施,增进血透室护士的工作沉浸度。
Objective To discuss the impact of perceived over-qualification on immersion of nurses from hemodialysis room. Methods A total of 236 nurses from hemodialysis room were recruited from eight tetiary hospitals in Zhejiang with convenience sampling method. They were investigated with perceived cognitive over-qualification questionnaire and immersion inventory. The status quo and relationship between perceived over-qualification and immersion of nurses from hemodialysis room were analyzed. Results The total score of immersion of nurses from hemodialysis room was(35.1±10.4). There were significant negative correlations between score of perceived over-qualification and score of immersion of nurses from hemodialysis room. After controlling demographic variables, regression analysis showed that the factor scores of perceived over-qualification such as not match perception could independently explain 17.2% of the variance for immersion. Conclusion Clinical managers should focus on the shortcomings of perceived over-qualification of nurses from hemodialysis room and take effective measures to improve their immersion.
