摘要
目的探讨影响患者病历复制满意度的主要原因和对策。方法利用比较的方法进行阐述分析。结果影响病历复制满意度的主要原因是患者来病案室复印的时间集中、患者反复或一次性调取多次住院的病历资料、突发事件的优先插队复印、复印人手少,工作强度大等因素。结论分时段[1]复制病历、微信平台预约复印等措施,切实可行,缩短了病人的复印等候时间,减少了复印高峰的拥堵状况,提高了病人的满意度,体现了"医疗有局限,服务无止尽"的思想。
Objective To investigate the main factors influencing the satisfaction of medical record copy and coping strategies. Methods Analysis was conducted through comparative methods. Results The main factors influencing the satisfaction of medical record copy included: intensive copy time, a large number of records copy at one time or to copy records for many times, jumping a queue in case of emergent events, high work intensity but insufficient employees. Conclusion Dayparting records copy and advance reservation of copy at Wechat platform are effective measures to shorten the waiting time of patients for records copy, reduce jam of copy at peak time, and improve patients' satisfaction level. This reflects the thought of "medical has limitation, but services are endless".
