摘要
目的用信息化手段了解关节置换手术部位感染情况。方法 2012年1月至2014年1月期间,通过院感实时监控软件抓取关节置换患者手术相关信息,对感染病例进行床旁查看,采取相应的干预措施。软件自动统计分析相关数据,并将监测结果通过软件交流平台反馈给手术医师。结果共监测关节置换手术患者639例,发生手术部位感染21例,感染发病率为2.43%。NNIS0-NNIS3手术感染发病率分别为:1.12%、6.21%、15.8%、27.3%;医生的手术部位感染专率为2.15%-4.03%,调整后手术部位感染专率为3.25%-5.10%。结论依托信息化手段进行手术部位感染目标性监测,显著提高了医院感染管理效率。
Objective To understand the infection of joint replacement operation by information technology. Methods From January 2012 to January 2014, information of patients received joint replacement surgery was monitored in real time by the management of nosocomial infection monitoring software. Appropriate measures were adopted based on bedside examination through infection case warning system. At the same time, the relevant data was automatically analyzed and the results were transmitted to surgeon by software exchange platform. Results In total of 639 patients received joint replacement surgery were monitored. There were 21 patients with surgical site infection and the infection rate was 2.43%. Surgical infection incidence rates of NNIS0-NNIS3 were 1.12%, 6.21%, 15.8% and 27.3% respectively; infection rate of surgical site was 2.15% to 4.03%; and the adjusted infection rate of surgical site was 3.25% to 5.10%. Conclusion Objective monitoring method of surgical site infection through information technology can improve the management efficiency of hospital infection significantly.
