Design and Implementation of Self-service System Based on Third Party Payment

为提高医疗自助结算服务的效率、改善用户体验,宁波市第一医院采用基于第三方支付的自助服务终端,使医疗交易结算由第三方支付平台与病人、医院、银行对接。第三方支付具有支付高效便捷、账户内剩余资金流通灵活等优势。基于此模式,宁波市第一医院设计开发了全新的自助服务系统,实现了自助发卡、挂号、充值、缴费、预约挂号等功能。

In order to improve the effectiveness of medical self-help settlement services and user experience, self-service terminal based on payment by the third party was adopted by Ningbo First Hospital to connect the medical transaction settlement of patients, hospitals and banks through payment by the third party. Payment by the third party has advantages including convenience and efficiency as well as flexible surplus capital flow. Ningbo First Hospital designed and developed a new self-service system to have the functions including self-help card sender, registration, recharging, payment and appointment registration.
