摘要
主要叙述了PLC在钢瓶调质生产线中的应用 ,及系统的结构和功能。简要介绍了调质的原理。对系统中温度控制、时间控制、流程控制的原理进行了说明 ,并详细地介绍了PLC程序的设计和编程特点 ,系统的使用使得钢瓶调质的质量得到提高 ,并改善了劳动条件。
The application of PLC in the production line of steel bottle tempering ,and systematic request and total architecture mainly are described.The principle of tempering is briefly introduced.The regulation of temperature and the setting of time in system,architecture of PLC are explained.The application of this system makes the quality of steel bottle tempering better,and improves the working condition.
