摘要 目的分析2014年晴隆县人间布鲁氏杆菌病(简称布病)监测结果,了解人间布病感染状况,为布病防控措施提供科学依据,也为晴隆县的草地畜牧业发展提供技术支持。方法将晴隆县境内全部养殖场(指养羊的养殖场)、养羊农户中与羊密切接触及管理的人群列为布病血清学抗体监测对象,采用虎红平板凝集试验(RBPT)和试管凝集试验(SAT)监测布病抗体。结果共监测出布病抗体阳性人群118例,阳性率为4.85%,118例布病抗体阳性人群分布在全县13个乡(镇)中的70个养殖场、养羊农户中,抗体阳性人员最多的养殖场高达11人,监测到2例以下抗体阳性的养殖场及养羊农户达63个,占90%。结论晴隆县人间布病抗体监测阳性率较高,呈集中暴发和点多面广的流行态势,结合畜牧部门在畜(羊)间监测出点多面广的羊群布病抗体阳性结果,说明晴隆县农村养殖场和养羊农户的羊群及其环境中已广泛存在传染源,人间布病防控形势不容乐观。 objective analysis of human brucellosis in Qinglong County in 2014(referred to as brucellosis) monitoring results, to understand the infection status of human brucellosis, and provide scientific basis for brucellosis prevention and control measures, provide technical support for the development of grassland animal husbandry in Qinglong county. Methods Qinglong county all farms(of sheep farms), sheep farmers in close contact with sheep and management of the population classified as brucellosis serological antibody monitoring object, using the rose bengal plate agglutination test(RBPT) and serum agglutination test(SAT) monitoring brucellosis antibody. Results there were detected for brucellosis antibody positive population in 118 cases, the positive rate was 4.85%, 118 cases of brucellosis antibody positive population distribution in the county in 13 townships(town) in 70 farms, sheep farmers, antibody positive persons farms up to as high as 11, monitoring to 2 cases of farms following antibody positive and the sheep farmers reached 63, accounting for 90%. Conclusions higher positive rate of brucellosis antibody monitoring in Qinglong County, a concentrated outbreak and epidemic situation of low, combined with the livestock sector in the livestock(sheep) monitoring a sheep brucellosis antibody positive results over a broad area, the sheep and environment that rural farm of Qinglong county and sheep farmers have been widely exists in the source of infection, brucellosis prevention and control of the situation is not optimistic.
