摘要 目的如何鉴定早期病房中重症患者感染和脓毒症一直是困扰各科医生的一大难题。血清降钙素原(Procalcitonin PCT)和内毒素(Endotoxin ET)升高与感染明显相关。其检测方法省时、简便、灵敏度高,故可用作早期感染的预测指标。为指导临床合理早期进行抗感染治疗、及时调整治疗方案提供新的途径。 How to identify early the ward of patients with severe infections and sepsis is always a big problem for doctors. Serum Procalcitonin(Procalcitonin PCT) and lipopolysaccharide(Endotoxin ET) increased obviously associated with the infection. Its detection methods save time, simple, high sensitivity, it can be used as predictors of early infection. For early infection of clinical treatment, adjusting treatment programs provide new ways.
