湖北省前胡种子质量分级标准研究

Research of Seed Quality Grading of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn in Hubei Province

以源于湖北省不同产区的白花前胡种子为试材,以净度、千粒质量、含水量、发芽率为指标,采用K聚类分析的方法制定分级标准。结果表明：综合考虑前胡种子检验快速有效、实用性、可操作性,可将湖北省前胡种子分为一级种子发芽率≥60%、千粒质量≥2.0g、净度≥90%、含水量≤10%;二级种子发芽率60%~50%、千粒质量2.0~1.8g、净度90%~85%、含水量≤11%,一、二级为合格种子,三级为不合格种子等3个等级。

With Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn seed from Hubei Province as material,based on index of clarity,thousandgrain weight,seed moisture,seeds germination percentage,by using K clustering analysis method to establish the classification standard.The results showed that the seeds of Peucedanum praeruptorum Dunn in Hubei Province could be divided into three grades considering the rapid and effective,practicability,maneuverability which of each grade should reach the following requirements for the first grade seeds germination percentage≥60%,thousand-grain weight≥2.0g,purity ≥90%,seed moisture≤10%;for the second grade seeds germination percentage 60%-50%,thousand-grain weight 2.0-1.8g,purity90%-85%,seed moisture≤11%;for the third grade seeds was unqualified seed which was short of the seed of the secondary.
