政府视角下新疆农户参加新型农业经营主体的影响因素分析

Analysis of the Influencing Factors of Farmers' Participation in New Agricultural Management in Xinjiang From the Perspective of Government

在对新疆3个县(市)588个农户的实地调查基础上,运用二元Logistic模型对农户参与新型农业经营主体的影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:农户对于参加新型农业经营主体的意愿总体比例较高,其中受教育程度、年龄、是否是村干部、自有资金能力、家庭总劳力、家庭承包土地面积、是否有农业保险、最希望创办哪种新型农业经营主体、创办新型农业经营主体时是否会获得外部资金支持、若创办新型农业经营主体是否会获得税收优惠等影响显著。

Dual Logistic model were used to analyze the influence factors of farmers＇ participation in new agricultural business entities based on 3counties（city）of 588households＇ field survey in Xinjiang.The results showed that the farmers participating in the new agricultural business entities would generally higher proportion,the level of education,age,whether it was the village cadres,their own financial capacity,total household labor,household land area,whether the agricultural insurance,the most want to establish what kind of new agricultural business entities,the founder of the new agricultural business entities would obtain external financial support,if the establishment of new agricultural business entities would get preferential tax for farmers to participate in the new agricultural business entities had significant influence.
