摘要
目的通过检测青海成人大骨节病患者血清氧化损伤指标的变化。探讨超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPX)、一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和诱导型一氧化氮合酶(iNOS)水平在大骨节病发生发展中的作用。方法于2015年,选择青海省贵德和兴海县大骨节病区与西宁市非大骨节病区272例调查对象,分别为大骨节病组(91例)、内对照组(92例)和外对照组(89例)。采集静脉血,检测血清SOD、GPX、NOS和iNOS的活力。结果与外对照组比较,大骨节病组和内对照组成人血清SOD、NOS和iNOS的活力均较高,而GPX的活力较低;仅内对照组成人血清GPX的活力高于大骨节病组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论青海成人大骨节病的发生发展可能与GPX水平的降低和SOD、NOS、iNOS水平的升高有关。
Objective To understand the levels of oxidative damage indexes in serum of patients with Kashin-Beck disease(KBD) and to study the role of nitric oxid synthase(NOS),inducible nitric oxid synthase(iNOS),superoxide dismutase(SOD) and glutathione peroxidae(GPX) in pathogenesis and development of Kashin-Beck disease in Qinghai province. Methods A total of 272 subjects,from KBD areas of Guide and Xinghai and non-KBD areas of Xi'ning city, Qinghai province,were divided into three groups:the group with KBD(91 cases),the internal control in KBD areas(92 cases),the external control in non-KBD areas(89 cases).The gender and the average age in the three groups had no significant difference.The levels of NOS,iNOS,SOD and GPX were detected by ELISA,respectively in 2015. Results The contents of SOD, NOS, iNOS in the group with KBD and internal control group were significantly higher compared with the external control group(P〈0.05),and the content of GPX in the group with KBD was significantly lower than those of the other two groups(P〈0.05). Conclusion The increase of SOD, NOS,iNOS and the decrease of GPX content in serum may be related to the pathogenesis of KBD.
