摘要
2002年,美国公立大学联合会设立"卓越教师教育奖",到2014年,共有25所致力于从职前培养阶段为中小学培养卓越教师的公立大学获得该奖。该奖及其获奖院校呈现出从竞争走出的卓越、基于实践需求的培养取向、依托协同合作的培养过程、重视对成效的量化追踪评估等特点。2014年刚刚起步的我国"卓越教师培养计划"应该从卓越教师培养年度质量报告、协同培养、培养全程的高标准严要求、挖掘与发挥中小学的作用与影响等多方面展开努力,以确保"卓越教师培养计划"的真正卓越。
In 2002,American Association of State Colleges and University set up the Christa McAuliffe Excellence in Teacher Education Award. From 2002 to 2014, 25 universities have won the award. These universities show some characteristics including from competition to excellence, education based on the practical needs, cooperative cultivation in the process, paying more attention to the quantitative trace and evaluation of the result. Our country just started the pre-service training project of excellent teacher in 2014. In order to ensure the real high quality of the project, it should make efforts on the annual quality report of excellent teacher pre-service training, cooperation cultivation, high standards and strict requirements for the training, schools and others.
