摘要
工作本位学习的概念是通过工作本位学习的过程、内容及相关方的角度来界定的。据此,工作本位的学习有着不同的组织类型。近20年来,国外关于工作本位学习的研究内容主要集中在其基础理论、发展驱动因素、课程教学、管理体系、评估体系及影响与作用等方面。
This study is a review on the major contents of the researches abroad on work-based learning in the recent 20 years. The concept of work-based learning is defined in terms of the process, content and related parties of the work-based learning;therefore, the organizational forms of work-based learning are varied. The study suggests that the current researches abroad focus on (a) its theories and concepts; (b) driving factors for development; (c) curriculum design and teaching methods ; (d) management system; (e)assessment system; (f) impact research. These research fruits provide references for the studies on the transformation development of ordinary universities and cultivation of applied talents. Combined with the overseas research progress,future studies on work-based learning should be further deepened on its cost-effectiveness,system management, assessment methods and academic problems.
