摘要
长期以来,培养学生被视为学校教育最基本的功能。然而,教育之所以存在的真正功用在于:通过共享的价值、共同的目标,将教师与学生联系起来,形成学习共同体,点燃学生学习的热情。通过案例的质性研究发现:学习共同体在认知能力方面能够促进学生自我的深度学习和整合性思维;共同体内部的互动、交流与协商能够激发学生的想象力,改变学生的认知方式,使学校教育更具效度。
Training qualified personnel has long been recognized as the essential tuncuon oi learmng institutions. However, the reason for the existence of institutions is that through the shared value and common aims, they connect the teaching members with the students to construct the learning communities and enhance the learning enthusiasm of students. Based on the qualitative research of a case, this study demonstrates that the high-impact practice such as a learning community can facilitate deep learning and integrative thinking among students. The interaction, exchange and negotiation inside a learning community can reinforce the imagination of students and change the cognitive pattern of students. Thereby, this study posits the effectiveness of learning community on student learning.
