蒙药莲座蓟质量标准的研究

STUDY ON THE QUALITY STANDARD OF CIRSIUM ESCULENTUM

目的：建立莲座蓟的鉴别与含量测定方法。方法：以蒙花苷作为指标,进行薄层色谱鉴别;并以蒙花苷作为含量测定的指标,以高效液相色谱法测定含量。采用Diamonsil C18色谱柱,流动相：甲醇-水-冰醋酸（45：54.5：0.5）,流速：1 m L/min.结果：蒙花苷在40.758~815.160 ng范围呈良好线性,r=0.9996,平均回收率：101.13%,RSD：1.77%。结论：本法简便、快速、重复性好,可用于莲座蓟药材的质量控制。

Objective： To establish the TLC and HPLC methods for the identification and determination of flavonoids components in cirsium esculentum. Methods： TLC was used for identification and content of linarin was determined by HPLC method. A Diamonsil C18 column was used with acetonitrile-water-glacial acetic acid （45：54.5：0.5 ） as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1 mL · min-1. Results： The linear range of linarin was 40. 758 -815. 150 ng/mL, r = 0. 9996. The average recovery rate was 101.13% , and RSD was 1.77%. Conclusion：The TLC and HPLC could be used for the quality control of eirsium eseulentum because the method is simple,rapid and reproducible.
