地佐辛预先给药对丙泊酚无痛人工流产术麻醉效果的影响

Effects of Dezocine Pretreatment on Anesthesia Effects of Propofol Painless Abortion

目的:探讨地佐辛预先给药对丙泊酚无痛人工流产术麻醉效果的影响。方法:选取2013年3月—2014年3月汉川市人民医院收治的行无痛人工流产术的患者176例作为研究对象,以随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各88例。对照组患者给予芬太尼联合丙泊酚预先给药麻醉,观察组患者给予地佐辛联合丙泊酚预先给药麻醉,观察2组患者麻醉起效与苏醒时间、镇痛效果、术中及术后出现的不良反应。结果:2组患者麻醉起效时间的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者术后苏醒时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者的镇痛效果明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者术中及术后的不良反应明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:地佐辛对丙泊酚无痛人工流产术麻醉的起效时间无影响,但可提高镇痛效果,缩短术后苏醒时间,减轻不良反应,值得推广。

OBJECTIVE： To probe into the effects of dezocine pretreatment on anesthesia effects of propofol painless abortion. METHODS： 176 patients with induced abortion admitted into Hanchuan People＇s Hospital from Mar. 2013 to Mar. 2014 were selected to be divided into observation group and control group via the random number table,with 88 cases in each. The control group were treated with fentanyl combined with propofol pretreatment,while the observation group received dezocine combined with propofol pretreatment. The intraoperative and postoperative anesthesia onset time,recovery time,analgesic effects and adverse drug reactions. RESULTS： There was no statistical significance between two groups in the anesthesia onset time（ P〈0. 05）. The postoperative recovery time of observation group was shorter than that of control group,with statistical significance（ P〉0. 05）. The analgesic effects of observation group were better than those of control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）. The intraoperative and postoperative adverse drug reactions of observation group were fewer than those of control group,with statistical significance（ P〈0. 05）.CONCLUSIONS： Dezocine anesthesia has no effects on the onset time of propofol painless abortion,yet it could improve the analgesic effects,shorten the recovery time,reduce side effects,worthy of promotion.
