Health care experience before and during pregnancy for women with advanced age

目的探讨高龄妇女的孕前和孕期保健。方法选取2013年2月到2015年2月于我院实施孕前和孕期检查的高龄妊娠妇女142例作为本次研究的对象,将所有孕妇随机分成两组,对照组与研究组分别有71例孕妇,对照组孕妇未实施孕前与孕期保健工作,研究组孕妇均实施孕前保健与孕期保健工作。结果研究组孕妇的妊娠合并症与产科并发症发生情况要明显优于对照组;研究组新生儿的低出生体重儿、新生儿畸形以及巨大儿发生情况要显著优于对照组。结论临床医护人员加强对高龄妇女孕前与孕期保健,完成好孕前和孕期监护工作,可以有效减少各种并发症的发生,获得理想的妊娠结局,值得在临床上大力推广应用。

Objective To discussion health care experience before and during pregnancy for women with advanced age.Methods 142 cases of pregnant women with advanced age implement checks before and during pregnancy in our hospital during February 2013 to February 2015 were chose as the research objects of this study,all the pregnant women were randomly divided into two groups,the control group and study group with 71 cases pregnant women in each.Pregnant women in the control group did not implement preconception and prenatal care.However,the study group implemented preconception care and maternal health care during pregnancy.Results The incidence of pregnancy complications and obstetric complications in study group was significantly better than the control group.The occurrence of low birth weight children,neonatal malformations and huge child in study group was significantly less than the control group.Conclusions The clinical staffs strengthen pregnancy and prenatal care for women with advanced age and strengthen monitoring on pregnancy and prenatal care can effectively reduce the incidence of various complications,get good pregnancy outcomes,worthy of clinical application.
