葡萄糖酸锌片在防治轮状病毒肠炎中的疗效研究

Curative effect of Zinc Gluconate Tablets in the prevention and cure of rotavirus enteritis

目的探讨葡萄糖酸锌片在防治轮状病毒肠炎中的疗效。方法将2013年6月至2015年7月期间新收治的轮状病毒肠炎患儿(114例)分为A组(57例)和B组(57例),A组采用常规处理,B组在常规处理的基础上口服葡萄糖酸锌,统计两组的临床疗效、治愈时间和三个月内腹泻复发情况,采用t检验和卡方检验分析数据。结果 B组的显效率和总有效率均明显高于A组(P<0.05);B组的治愈时间明显短A组(P<0.05);A组治愈后1个月内出现腹泻的例数和治愈后3个月内出现腹泻的例数明显多于B组(P<0.05)。结论葡萄糖酸锌片可提高轮状病毒肠炎的疗效和缩短病程,并可减少腹泻的复发,值得推荐。

Objective Investigate the curative effect of Zinc Gluconate Tablets in the prevention and cure of rotavirus enteritis.Methods 114 cases of rotavirus enteritis patients who admitted and cured during June2013 to July 2015 in our hospital were divided into group A（57 cases） and group B（57 cases）.Patients in group A were treated with routine method,group B were orally given Zinc Gluconate Tablets On the basis of routine treatment.The curative effect,healing time and recurrent diarrhoea cases in 3 months were statistically analyzed,using t test and chi-square test to analyze the data.Results The excellence rate and total effective rate in the group B were significantly higher than group A（P〈0.05）.The healing time in the group B were significantly shorter than group A（P〈0.05）.The cases of diarrhea in one month and three months after healing in group A were more than group B（P〈0.05）.Conclusions Zinc Gluconate Tablets can improve curative effect of rotavirus enteritis and shorten course of diseases,it also can reduce the recurrence of diarrhea,so,it is a good medicine to deserve recommend.
