4R危机管理理论在ICU患者皮肤护理管理中应用效果

The application effect of 4R crisis management theory in the skin care management of the patients in ICU

目的研究4R危机管理理论在ICU患者皮肤护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2013年4月至2015年5月我院综合ICU收治的患者540例,随机将其分成对照组和管理组,每组各270例。对照组采用传统管理方法对患者皮肤进行护理管理,管理组采用传统管理方法 +4R危机管理理论对患者皮肤进行护理管理。观察两组患者皮肤情况。结果管理组湿疹、压疮及皮肤破损的发生率均明显低于对照组,院外压疮护理好转情况明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用4R危机管理理论对ICU患者皮肤进行护理管理,能完善皮肤管理制度,有效的减少患者皮肤问题的发生,保证ICU患者的皮肤健康,可推广应用。

Objective To research the application effect of 4R crisis management theory in skin care management of the patients in the ICU.Methods Select 540 cases of patients in the integrated ICU of our hospital during April 2013 and April 2015,and randomly divided them into the control group and treatment group,270 cases in each group.The control group was managed the skin care by traditional management methodology,and the treatment group was managed by traditional management methodology and theory of 4R crisis management.The skin conditions of the patients were observed.Results The occurrence rate of eczema,pressure sores and skin damage of the treatment group was significantly lower than the control group,the nursing improvements of outside pressure sores was significantly better than the control group,there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusions The use of 4R crisis management theory in the management of skin for the patients in the ICU is able to complete the skin Management system,effectively reduce the occurrence of skin problem,to ensure the skin health of the patients in the ICU,and worth for promotion.
