益气活血利水方治疗肝硬化腹水的临床观察

Cirrhosis ascites treated by Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction

目的:分析辨证应用益气活血利水方治疗肝硬化腹水的临床疗效,并探讨其对低钠血症的预防作用。方法:选择80例肝硬化腹水患者作为观察对象,以随机数字表法将患者随机分为两组,以接受西医药物治疗者为对照组,以接受西医药物治疗联合辨证应用益气活血利水方治疗者为治疗组,每组40例。分析两组临床治疗效果,并对两组低钠血症发生情况进行分析。结果:两组治疗前临床症状总积分、腹围、体重、24h尿量及血清Na比较无统计学差异;而在接受治疗4周后,治疗组临床症状总积分、腹围及体重低于对照组,24h尿量及血清Na高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗不良反应发生率比较无统计学差异,但治疗组低钠血症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:辨证应用益气活血利水方可有效的提高肝硬化腹水的临床治疗效果,并降低低钠血症的发生率。

Objective ：To analyze the role of curative effect of cirrhosis ascites and prevention of hyponatremia treated by Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction .Methods ：80 patients with liver cirrhosis ascites in our hospital were as re-search object .By the method of random numbers table ,patients were divided into two groups ,with western medicine treatment for control group ,to accept western medicine united dialectical application of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction for treatment group ,40 cases in each group .Analysis of two groups of clinical curative effect ,and analyze the two groups of hyponatremia happening .Results ：There was no statistical difference of symptoms score ,weight ,24h urine volume and serum Na between two groups .In 4 weeks after treatment ,clinical symptoms of treatment group was lower than the con-trol group ,the total integral ,6 and weight of 24h urine and serum Na was higher than the control group （P 〈 0 .05） . Treatment group total effectiveness was significantly higher than control group （P〈 0 .05） .Two groups of treatment is no statistical difference incidence of adverse reactions ,but low sodium blood disease incidence of treatment group was obvi-ously lower than that of control group（P〈 0 .05） .Conclusion ：The dialectical application of Yiqi Huoxue Lishui decoction can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of cirrhosis ascites ,and reduce the incidence rate of hyponatremia .
