去产能分流职工心理现状及疏导机制研究——以河北省钢铁行业为例 被引量:5

摘要 去产能导致企业关转并停,职工的生产生活必然会受到严重影响,必然会对职工的心理造成巨大的冲击,表现出一些共性的心理特点:认知观念上的矛盾性,情绪情感上的消极性,意志行为上的依赖性;以及不同分流渠道职工的个性心理需求。针对这些职工的心理特点和心理需求,通过加大去产能必要性宣传,增强职工认同心理;加大去产能安置保障宣传,消除职工焦虑心理;加大职工安置力度,消除职工恐惧心理;大力开展技能培训,增强职工自信心;健全心理疏导机制,预防个体心理危机等方式。有针对性地缓解去产能分流职工的心理压力,实现心理和谐,促进再就业。 The life of many enterprise employees was seriously affected because of overcapacity reduction. Unstable job and reduced wages, the outstanding changes gave them psychological trauma and huge impact. And their common psychological charac- teristics include the contradiction of cognitive belief~ emotional negativity and the dependence of act of will. According to the psy- chological characteristics and psychological needs, it is ought to publicize the necessity of overcapacity reduction to enhance the employees' psychological identity; it is ought to publicize the settlement guarantee of overcapacity reduction to alleviate the anxiety of the employees; it is ought to carry out skills training to increase the self-confidence of the employees; it is ought to improve psychological counseling mechanism and specifically remove the psychological pressure of the redirected staff for helping them a- chieve psychological harmony and find re-employment.
