摘要
为了提高航空精密零件去毛刺质量和效率,在加工中心上应用倒角铣刀去毛刺代替钳工手工作业,基于UG8.5编程和VERICUT 7.3仿真软件,介绍倒角铣刀的建立、UG程序编制及VT仿真加工整个过程的方法与技巧,最终实现倒角铣刀在加工中心上去毛刺(制倒角)。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of aviation precision parts deburring, application chamfer cutter on the machining center deburring instead of fitter manual work, based on UGS. 5 programming and VERICUT 7.3 simulation software, introduces the establishment of the chamfer cutter, UG programming and simulation of VT processing the method and skill of the whole process,finally realizes deburring(chamfer) by the chamfer cutter on the machining center.
