摘要
针对某电梯制动器制造企业生产制造过程中监管控制混乱、工艺执行力不足及生产信息反馈滞后等问题,以制造执行系统(Manufacturing Execution System,MES)结合基于模型定义技术及实际生产需要的方式,展开生产中工艺过程控制、工艺临时变更等工艺执行问题,以及工艺执行过程中工艺可视化表达关键技术的研究探讨,并通过工艺实例来分析工艺文件的表达。从而提高了工艺数据的准确性、生产质量,加强了工艺的执行效率和生产过程控制力,同时也调动了企业工艺人员的积极性及创造性。
