摘要 分析了NX/WAVE参数化设计过程,提出在Teamcenter软件与NX集成环境下使用WAVE技术进行产品级参数化设计的方法。研究了实现Top-Down协同设计所需的关键技术,包括Teamcenter与NX集成技术、主模型技术、部件间表达式建模技术及访问权限控制机制,并给出减速器设计实例。此方法对其他产品级参数化设计工作有普遍的适用性,能明显提高设计效率,缩短产品的研发周期,提高市场竞争力。 The parametric design process on NX/WAVE is analyzed, and a method is proposed that the WAVE product-level parametric design technology was used under the environment of Teamcenter and NX technology is integrated. The key technologies required for accessing Top-Down collaborative design process is studied,including the technology of Teameenter and NX integrated, the technique of main model, the modeling techniques between components to achieve expression and the mechanisms of access control. Furthermore, a design instance of reducer is presented. The method also has general applicability to other productlevel parametric design work, which can significantly improve design efficiency, shorten product development cycles and improve market competitiveness.
