摘要
利用伺服液压高速拉伸仪对某高强双相钢的动态拉伸性能进行了研究,建立了该双相钢的Cowper-Symonds材料本构模型,并利用零件落锤试验与仿真分析进行对比,验证了该模型的正确性。研究表明该双相钢的应变率敏感特性明显,模拟结果与试验结果一致性好,所建立的材料本构模型具有工程使用价值。
Dynamic deformation behavior experiments on high tensile strength of a certain dual phase steel are completed by servo-hydraulic tensile test machine. Cowper-Symonds constitutive model of the steel is derived from the experiment results. In order to validation the model, a drop test is taken. The results show that certain dual phase steel is sensitive when strain rates changed. The analysis result is in good agreements with the test results. The constitutive model is valuable in engineer application.
