摘要 针对航空难加工材料GH4169高温合金加工过程切削力大且加工易变形的问题,对其车削加工过程中的温度与切削力进行研究。通过对有限元仿真关键技术的讨论,应用Abaqus有限元分析软件,对GH4169材料建立了三维车削模型,对车削过程中的温度场和应力场进行分析;在同样切削条件下,分别得到了三维仿真切削力、实验切削力以及二维切削力,通过切削力的对比分析,验证了三维切削仿真模型的正确性。应用所建立的三维模型模拟出不同切削参数下的切削力,得到了不同切削参数对切削力的影响规律。 As a hard machining aviation material, GH4169 superalloy has large cutting force and is easy to deformation in the machining process. Aiming at this question, the temperature and the cutting force in its turning machining process has been researched. By the discuss the key factor of finite element simulation technology, a three-dimensional finite element model for turning GH4169 material was developed with finite element analysis software Abaqus. The temperature field and stress field of workpiece were analyzed. The cutting force among experience condition, three-dimension simulation and three-dimension simulation at the same conditions were analyzed. The cutting forces were comparative analyzed and the resuh improved the model to be right. The cutting forces under different parameters were simulated with the developed three-dimension turning model and its change regularities under different parameters was acquired.
