摘要 为了揭示驾驶式抹光机抹平混凝土过程的运动机理,基于混凝土弹性变形的假设,根据库伦摩擦定律,考虑摩擦力与运动速度的耦合作用,建立驾驶式抹光机平移运动与旋转运动的运动方程,获得运动方程的解析解,并通过机械驱动型驾驶式抹光机实验验证了运动机理研究的合理性。该研究为驾驶式抹光机的系统优化设计以及指导现场施工提供了重要参考。 The study was aimed at revealing movement mechanism of riding trowel in the process of concrete finishing. Based on the assumption that the concrete deforms elastically and coulomb law of friction, equations of translational motion and rotational motion of riding trowel were established under consideration of coupling relationship between friction and movement. The corre- sponding analytical solutions were derived. Finally, the movement mechanism analysis was verified correctly by the experiment on a mechanical-drive riding trowel. The study would provide a theoretical basis for the system parameter' s optimal design of the riding trowel and guiding construction.
