摘要
由于在水库坝基裂隙岩体处治施工过程中缺乏对裂隙注浆加固机理的深入研究,亟须解决裂隙岩体注浆压力缺少定量分析而选取盲目的问题。需要确立扩散半径和注浆压力的关系式,为裂隙注浆加固工程设计、施工提供理论基础和技术措施。本文通过对水库坝基中裂隙岩体注浆加固机理、模型试验以及工程实践进行研究分析,揭示了裂隙带和注浆孔存在相交与不相交两种位置关系,并得出了注浆时裂隙发生劈裂的过程。通过建立物理模型、分析数据,建立了不同水灰比条件下注浆压力与扩散半径的关系,分析了裂隙岩体注浆施工中合理的注浆压力区间。根据工程中水库坝基基岩物理量参数,计算出了扩散半径,以指导注浆加固工程施工。
Since reservoir dam foundation fracture rock mass treatment construction process is lack of in-depth study on fracture grouting reinforcement mechanism. The problem of blind grouting pressure selection caused by quantitative analysis absence should be solved. The relationship expression between diffusion radius and grouting pressure should be established.Theoretical foundation and technical measures are provided for the design and construction of fracture grouting reinforcement projects. In the paper,fracture rock mass grouting reinforcement mechanism,model test and engineering practice in the reservoir dam foundation are studied and analyzed,which reveal fractured zone and grouting holed exsit two position relationships of intersect and non-intersect. The fracture crack process in the grouting process is obtained. The relationship between grouting pressure and diffusion radius is established under different water cement ratio conditions. Rational grouting pressure interval in fracture rock mass grouting construction is analyzed. Diffusion radius is calculated for guiding grouting reinforcement project construction according to reservoir dam foundation bed rock physical index in the project.
