对36例脓肿型颈淋巴结核治疗的观察

Observation of treatment for 36 abscess scrofula cases

目的观察颈部脓肿型淋巴结核在标准方案治疗下穿刺抽脓注药的治疗效果。方法 36例脓肿型颈部淋巴结核患者,给予2HRZE(S)/10HRE标准方案抗结核治疗,穿刺抽取脓液冲洗并注入抗结核药物,观察患者的治疗效果。结果 36例脓肿型颈部淋巴结核患者治疗后淋巴结缩小,脓液消失,症状减轻,观察1年全部治愈,无1例复发。结论脓肿型颈部淋巴结核在标准方案治疗下采取穿刺抽脓冲洗注药治疗,减少外科手术机会,疗效好,痛苦小,安全有效。

Objective To observe curative effect by puncture pumping pus and flush injecting medicine through standard treatment for neck abscess scrofula. Methods A total of 36 patients with neck abscess scrofula received 2HRZE（S）/10HRE standard treatment, along with puncture pumping pus and flush injecting medicine of antituberculosis drugs. Their curative effects were observed. Results All 36 patients showed shrunk lymphonodus, disappeared pus and relieved symptoms after treatment. Observation for 1 year showed no recurrent case. Conclusion Implement of puncture pumping pus and flush injecting medicine through standard treatment for neck abscess scrofula can reduce surgical chance, along with good curative effect, few pain, high safety and effectiveness.
