康复期脑卒中患者的护理分析

Analysis of nursing for stroke convalescence patients

目的探讨康复期脑卒中患者应用综合护理的临床疗效分析。方法 80例康复期脑卒中患者,随机分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组出院时接受简单的康复指导,观察组出院后接受综合护理,对两组患者出院6个月后复发率、其他血管事件发生率进行比较分析。结果观察组患者出院后6个月复发率为7.5%,明显低于对照组的22.5%;观察组其他血管事件发生率为5.0%,明显低于对照组的20.0%;两组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理可以明显减少康复期脑卒中患者的复发率,降低其他血管事件发生率,值得推广应用。

Objective To investigate clinical effect by applying comprehensive nursing for stroke convalescence patients. Methods A total of 80 stroke convalescence patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received simple rehabilitation guidance before discharge, while the observation group received comprehensive nursing after discharge. Comparison was made on recurrence rate and incidence of other vascular events in 6 months after discharge between the two groups. Results The observation group had obviously lower recurrence rate as 7.5% in 6 months after discharge than 22.5% of the control group, and the observation group also had much lower incidence of other vascular events as 5.0% than 20.0% of the control group. The differences between the two groups all had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can remarkably reduce recurrence rate and incidence of other vascular events in stroke convalescence patients, and this method is worth promotion and application.
