摘要
为了与干式机械泵抽真空系统相匹配,对原有的VD真空罐密封结构进行一系列结构改造,采用干式密封设计,提高VD真空罐的密封性能,降低真空系统泄漏。在实际工程项目中,通过罐体大法兰改造、真空罐密封设计和配套防护设计等措施,不仅提升了VD真空罐的密封性能,还确保了密封圈有效使用寿命,从而保障了VD真空脱气质量,实现了项目节能减排的目标。
In order to match the dry mechanical pump vacuum system,the sealing structure of an original VD vacuum tank was revamped by a series of methods. By dry sealing design,the sealing performance of the VD vacuum tank was improved,and the vacuum system leakage was reduced. In actual engineering project,the sealing performance of the VD vacuum tank was improved,and the sealing ring life was also increased effectively by large tank flange transformation,vacuum tank sealing and its protection design. So the quality of VD vacuum degassing was guaranteed,and the project objective of energy conservation and emissions reduction was implemented.
