摘要
氮化硅锰是一种新型的钢添加剂,和常规氮化合金相比,具有优异的性能和应用优点。综述了5种氮化硅锰合金的制备方法:真空烧结法、二次氮化法、微波合成法、高温自蔓延合成法和常压一步合成法,同时介绍了各个方法存在的问题。简化操作工艺、缩短反应时间和降低生产成本等方面将成为研究氮化硅锰制备技术的重点方向。
MnSiN is a new steel additive,which has the excellent properties and application advantages compared with the conventional nitralloy. Five preparation methods of MnSiN alloy were summarized:vacuum sintering,secondary nitridation,microwave synthesis,self-propagating high temperature synthesis and normal pressure one-step synthesis. And the existing problems in each method were also introduced.The key research directions of MnSiN preparation technology would be simplifying operation process,shortening reaction time and reducing production cost.
