摘要 血友病A是由凝血因子Ⅷ（FⅧ）基因突变导致的一种X连锁隐性遗传性出血性疾病，通常是由无症状的女性携带者传递给其儿子，男性患病率为1／5000-10000。血友病A的发病机制复杂多样，其突变位点覆盖整个FⅧ基因，主要包括内含子22及1倒位、无义突变、错义突变、插入及缺失等，其中约45％的重型血友病A是由内含子22倒位引起，而轻型和中间型血友病A最常见的突变类型是错义突变。
