摘要 恶性B细胞疾病包括急性和慢性B淋巴细胞白血病（B-ALL、B-CLL）以及一些淋巴瘤亚型。除了弥漫性大B细胞淋巴瘤（DLBCL），对于大多数患这些疾病的成人患者来说，目前的传统疗法治愈率很低，异基因造血干细胞移植（allo-HSCT）可以提高治愈率，但还会有很多患者因移植失败而不能治愈。
