目标健康教育在手术治疗痔疮患者中的应用研究

Objective health education in the application of surgical treatment of hemorrhoids patients

目的目的探究目标健康教育在手术治疗痔疮患者中的应用效果。方法对照组予以常规健康育,观察组开展目标健康教育,观察对比两组护理效果。结果观察组住院时间为(6.5±2.3)d,明显少于对照组的(9.8±2.1)d,P<0.05;观察组痔疮疾病常识达标率为97.6%,护理满意度率为97.6%,均明显高于对照组的61.9%、76.2%,组间比较差异具有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对痔疮手术患者开展目标健康教育,有助于提高患者对健康知识的掌握程度,并可缩短康复时间。

Objective To explore the application effect of health education in the treatment of hemorrhoids patients. Methods the control group was given the traditional health guidance and nursing care, the observation group to carry out the goal of health education, observation and comparison of the two groups of nursing effect. Results The length of stay was（6.5±2.3）d, significantly less than the control group（9.8±2.1）d, P〈0.05; observation group hemorrhoids disease common sense compliance rate was 97.6%, 97.6% rate of satisfaction with care, They were significantly higher than the 61.9%, 76.2%, the difference between groups was statistically significant, P〈0.05. Conclusion to carry out health education target hemorrhoid surgery patients, is helpful to improve patients＇ health knowledge, and can shorten the recovery time.
