舒适护理干预在肿瘤内科中的临床效果分析

Analysis of clinical effect of Comfortable nursing intervention in Medical Oncology

目的目的探讨并分析舒适护理在肿瘤内科的临床应用价值。方法选取2015年1月-2015年10月在我院肿瘤内科住院140例肿瘤患者为研究对象,根据随机平均原则分为常规护理组与舒适护理组,每组各70例,常规护理组给以患者常规的饮食护理、功能锻炼指导等,而舒适护理组除了给予常规护理外还另外给以舒适护理。结果果观察组的护理满意度为97.1%,明显高于对照组的81.4%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论在肿瘤内科病房,舒适护理能够减少护患纠纷,使患者对护理的满意度提升,从而有利于患者康复。

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application value of comfortable nursing in Medical Oncology. Methods Select 140 cases of cancer patients in Medical Oncology in our hospital from January 2015 to October 2015 as the research object, According to the stochastic averaging principle is divided into routine nursing group and comfortable nursing group, each with 70 cases in each, the patients in routine nursing group are given routine diet nursing care and functional exercise guidance, and the comfortable nursing group patients in addition to routine nursing outside also are given comfortable nursing. Results The nursing satisfaction of observation group was 97.1%, significantly higher than 81.4% of control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusions In Medical Oncology, the comfortable nursing can reduce the dispute of the nurses and the patients, so that the satisfaction of nursing of the patients can be improved, which is conducive to the rehabilitation of the patients.
