摘要
技术创新网络治理是维持网络稳定及促进网络中知识信息流畅运行的核心问题,但现有文献在研究其异质性构成及结构优化方面相对缺乏。从网络成员异质性构成所导致的问题出发,将创新网络划分为核心企业层级与非核心企业层级,运用多元回归分析方法研究层级内异质性构成与层级间同质性构成的冗余异质性结构对网络均质、脆弱及分裂的抑制作用及对网络创新绩效的影响。结果表明,冗余异质性结构的建立与网络成员均质化、脆弱性及网络分裂断层负相关;网络成员凝聚力在冗余异质性与网络创新绩效间起中介作用。
Technology innovation network management is to maintain stability and promote the network knowledge information in the smooth running of the core problem, but the existing literature on the study of the relative lack of heterogeneous composition and structure optimization. Article starting from the problems caused by the heterogeneity of network members form, could be divided into core enterprise innovation network hierarchy and noncore business hierarchy, hierarchy inner heterogeneity and homogeneity between the hierarchy of redundant heterogeneity of network homogeneous structure, fragile and inhibition of split and the impact on the network innovation performance. The results showed that the heterogeneity of redundant structure establishment and network members of homogenization, vulnerability and network division fault negative correlation. Network members cohesion in redundant intermediary role between heterogeneity and network innovation performance.
