Analysis and Discussion on Pipe Network Integrated Planning for Tianjin Free Trade Zone Yujiapu Finance Area

通过回顾于家堡管线综合规划工作中面临的挑战,梳理了编制要点。以地下综合管廊为基本理念,以深入设计、动态结合为原则,提出了三种管线综合编制工作方法,即通过道路与管线的联动反馈形成最优方案、结合交警支队行车道画线优化井盖布局、通过编制工程强制性和指导性图则增加管网实施性。

By review of challenges in Yujiapu pipe network planning establishment, the planning essentials were summarized. Regarding underground utility tunnel as the basic idea and detailed design and dynamic binding as principles, three pipe network design methods were proposed including forming the optimal solution through linkage feedback between road and pipe, optimizing manhole cover layout by taking lane line as reference and enforcing implementation of pipe network by establishing compulsive and guidance plans.
