摘要
根据金属制品加工过程中排放的镀铜废液组分和原液组分对比分析,采用多效蒸发技术将镀铜废液中的影响因子Fe^(2+)以结晶的形式由200 g/L降至100 g/L,其他组分浓度适当减少。废液处理后,经新投加硫酸铜晶体等组分达到生产过程对硫酸铜镀液要求后回用于生产。硫酸铜镀液的总生产成本由1 525元/t降至150元/t。
According to component analysis between copper sulfate waste and copper sulfate stock solution in metal processing, multiple effect evaporation technology could decrease Fe^2+ concentration from 200 g/L to 100 g/L in copper sulfate waste, and other components could be reduced properly. After treatment, copper sulfate waste could be reused by adding new copper sulfate and other materials. Producing cost of copper sulfate stock solution was reduced form 1 525 yuan per ton to 150 yuan per ton.
